DESCRIPTION
Thames Valley section was formed in 1971 from the Southern section. Their rallying area consists of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire that host many places of interest. These include Oxford, Henley, Banbury, Buckingham, Witney, Aylesbury, Uffington White Horse, Broughton Castle, Blenheim Palace, Milton Keynes and Emberton Park at Olney . Of course the many picturesque villages and sites along the banks of the River Thames so naturally the Section emblem is a Thames Valley Barge. Their section colours are Blue and White.
GEOGRAPHY
Mainly in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire areas, but occasionally we rally in the neighbouring counties. On Bank Holiday weekends and Holidays for rallies we like to travel further afield, such as Dorset, Cornwall, Kent, South Wales and we have also rallied in Scotland!
